SDRPulse Desktop - Freeware Licence Agreement Copyright (c) 2026 SDRPulse. All rights reserved. Website: https://sdrpulse.cc Contact: contact@sdrpulse.cc SDRPulse is freeware for personal, non-commercial use. It is closed-source software; it is licensed to you, not sold, and its source code is not published. By installing or using SDRPulse you accept this licence. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the software. 1. What you may do - Install and use SDRPulse on any number of your own computers, free of charge, for your personal, non-commercial use (for example as a radio hobby, for learning or for your own research). - Download SDRPulse, and its updates, only from the official website sdrpulse.cc or the official SDRPulse listing in an app store (such as Google Play). To share SDRPulse, send people that link. 2. What you may not do - Use SDRPulse commercially: in or for a business, for paid work or services, for monitoring done for others, or to make money in any other way, without written permission from SDRPulse (contact@sdrpulse.cc). - Copy SDRPulse for others, or upload, mirror, re-host or otherwise distribute it (installer, portable package or program files), free or paid, anywhere other than the official sources above. - Sell, rent or lease SDRPulse, or bundle it with any product. - Modify, translate, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer SDRPulse, or try to obtain its source code, except where applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction. - Remove or change copyright notices, the licence, or the protection of recordings (encryption, device binding, watermark), or help others to do so. - Distribute modified copies, or use SDRPulse's name, icon or artwork for another product. 3. Third-party components SDRPulse includes third-party components that remain under their own licences (listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES and on the About page). Nothing in this licence limits your rights under those licences. In particular, the FFmpeg libraries in the "codecs" folder are licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License v2.1 or later: you may replace them with your own build of FFmpeg, and reverse engineering for the purpose of debugging such replacements is permitted. 4. Using radio lawfully Receiving, recording, decoding, transcribing or sharing radio transmissions is regulated differently in each country. Some transmissions (for example pagers, private or encrypted services) may not be intercepted, recorded, disclosed or used. You alone are responsible for using SDRPulse in line with the laws that apply to you. SDRPulse shows notices before recording, transcription and pager decoding; accepting them does not make an unlawful use lawful. 5. Recordings and AI output Audio recordings are stored in SDRPulse's protected format and can only be played in SDRPulse on the computer that made them; they carry a device identifier and an inaudible watermark. Transcriptions and translations are produced by AI models on your computer and may be wrong or incomplete; do not rely on them for safety, legal or other important decisions without checking the original audio. 6. No warranty SDRPulse is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of decoded or translated content, and non-infringement. 7. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, SDRPulse and its authors are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software, including loss of data, recordings or hardware damage. Nothing in this licence excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. 8. Updates and ending this licence SDRPulse may offer updates, which are covered by this licence unless they come with a new one. Future versions may come with different terms. This licence ends automatically if you break it; you must then stop using SDRPulse and delete your copies. 9. Governing law This licence is governed by the law of the Republic of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
